Finally Sleep! My meal times were a little off but it's ok, I needed the rest! Went shopping at Costco and picked up lot of yummy zone foods!
930am-3/4 cup egg beaters, 1 oz low fat cheese, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, hummus
1:30pm- 2 tomatoes stuffed with albacore tuna and light mayo, 1 stick of celery, 1 apple
4pm- 1/2 luna bar
7:30- 4 oz chicken, salad, 1.5 cups spinach, light Caesar dressing
8:30- fruit salad, 6 almonds
Didn't finish the spinach so I did a 2 block snack at night.
