I can't believe it's Monday again! WOD wasn't bad- 5 rope climbs, 400 Meters of lunges, 75 GHD sit ups and 75 hypers. One mile run for a little extra. I'm really happy with my rope climbing abilities. Just 2 weeks ago I was scared to go up the darn thing now it's like nothing :) Did a one block snack before the workout and it seemed to be just fine.
5:15am-Cottage cheese, grapes and 3 almonds
8:45am-1 cups egg beaters, 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1 cup grapes, 12 almonds
12:15pm- Flat roll up-low carb spinach, turkey, lettuce, cucumber and mustard, salad with Zone dressing.
4pm-Cottage cheese, grapes and 3 almonds
7:30pm-4 FATTY ribs, Big salad, 1-1.5 block of shrimp scampi (guessing)and diet Pepsi
9pm-Blueberry smoothie
Ok so the ribs were for sure a CHEAT and I felt so guilty and full after but damn if they weren't the best ribs I have ever eaten! Decided that I needed to get right back in the zone or else I would be in trouble. See I'm a "snowballer" as Stacy and I call it and I can admit it! So I wasn't hungry but decided I would have a smoothie to keep me in the zone all night. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
